RETURN POLICY

EASY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

I want you to be completely satisfied with my art. If for some reason you are not, please email me within 7 days of receiving it and indicate your wish to return it and follow the full returns policy below.
 
If the artwork has been damages in transit, please keep all original packaging and refer to the full returns policy below. I strive for a completely positive online purchase experience.
FULL RETURNS POLICY
Please unpack and retain all packing until you have decided that you are happy with your purchase.
 
From the time that you have received your artwork, you have 7 days to decide if you wish you keep it or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.  
 
We will require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within 3 days after confirming with me that you wish to return it.
If you have received artwork you are not satisfied with, you have:
Seven (7) DAYS to contact me of your intent to return.
 
Three (3) DAYS from the day you advise me of your wish to return to SHIP OUT the artwork. ***Please do not ship out before contacting me.
 
If you do not notify us of your intent to return the artwork within 7 days or you do not ship the artwork within 3 days of notifying us, you will not be eligible for a refund.
 
***Custom and personalized orders are not eligible for refunds; however, I will work with you until you are satisfied. Please contact me***
 
HOW TO RETURN ORIGINAL AND UNDAMAGED ARTWORK
 
Step 1: Within seven (7) days of the merchandise delivery date, please email me at hello@weewrockart.com and provide then order information and reason for requesting a return.
Step 2: Repackage the artwork using the original packing materials.
Step 3: Email hello@weerockart.com to advise me of the tracking number, date it was sent.
Once then artwork is received, Wee Rock Art will process your refund to the original type of payment ent by which it was paid, minus the shipping costs and any international customs fees. Damaged art work caused by improper packing, will not be eligible for a refund.

WHAT TO DO IF THE ARTWORK ÅRRIVES DAMAGES
 
Step 1: Within 7 days of the merchandise delivery date, please email hello@weekart.com.
 
Step2: Save original packaging.
 
Step 3: Take photos of the damaged Artwork And packaging and email the photos to hello@weerockart.com.
 
Step 4: Wee Rock Art will contact you for next steps.
